97jl reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 97jl may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
All financial transactions on the 97jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 97jl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other approved payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your 97jl account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 97jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 97jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the 97jl account holder. 97jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the decision of 97jl's gaming system logs shall be final and binding, subject to review by 97jl's compliance team. Players may submit a formal dispute via the 97jl support channel within seven (7) days of the disputed event.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 97jl platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
97jl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, and to withhold or forfeit any funds associated with such activity pending investigation.
All content on the 97jl platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 97jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 97jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 97jl platform without the prior written consent of 97jl.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 97jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
97jl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
97jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings.
If you believe your gaming behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools or contact our support team for assistance. Players who self-exclude from 97jl will be prevented from accessing the platform for the duration of the exclusion period.

97jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination.
You may close your 97jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
97jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 97jl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 97jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 97jl through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. 97jl will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
